About Our Client

Established in excess of 25 years ago, our Client began as a real estate enterprise and has since grown to be a leading builder and developer of residential, retail and commercial projects in Pakistan.

About This Position

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join their organisation.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with the Property Manager and property services team to achieve a high standard of contracted service delivery
• Responsible for the overall engineering maintenance planning, implementation and reporting across the property portfolio
• Implementing and maintaining an auditing and reporting system for engineering service contracts and contractors
• Procurement of building services across the portfolio
• Supervision and administration of all maintenance contracts
• Establish and monitor the budgets for building services maintenance expenditure across the portfolio
• Manage OH&S, contractor and site staff induction procedures
• Report any recommendations for improving the delivery of building services
• Effectively negotiate positive outcomes across all levels of the business
• Attend meetings as required
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and business planning process for the company
• Ensuring the engineering services maintenance activities occur in accordance with company guidelines

To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration background will be highly regarded
• Strong decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation, time management and computer skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
