About This Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this team of professionals. This role includes all facets of property management and you will be required to manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
• A minimum of two years property management experience
• Current Property Management Certificate of Registration
• Computer skills are essential with experience in MS Office programs
• Rest experience (training will be provided)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Our Client offers in-house support of a dedicated Trust Accountant, a leasing consultant and Inspections officer.
