Our Client is one of the fastest growing strata management companies in W.A.  Our Client is a small company who are always setting “benchmark” standards in both client service and their approach and attitudes to staff.

About This Position

As a result of the motivated growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Strata Manager to join Our Clients team.

Your key areas of responsibility will include, although not limited to the following tasks:

  • Preparation of Agendas and Minutes
  • Preparation of budgets
  • Reading and interpretation of By-Laws
  • Attendance at General and Council meetings and take minutes (Chairing meetings may be required)        
  • Providing guidance to Councillors and assistance with the pro-active management of the scheme
  • Reviewing / coding invoices

 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (important), Word and Excel. The successful candidate must also have the ability to problem solve and work in a team environment.

Our Client is offering to the right candidate a good salary, depending on experience

Working Hours: 08:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. (May need to be a little bit flexible with this and put in the ‘extra mile’ if required)
