Exciting Opportunity to start a career with a mining giant. Working a Monday to Friday Job you will have the opportunity to join our Client’s Property Management Team based in Wickham, Western Australia.
We are looking for a Property Manager who will be an integral part of the day to day operations of the Property Management Team (3 Property Managers in the Team). You will work with a supportive and encouraging team who are hardworking, positive and results oriented.
You will be required to manage housing applications, assessments reviews, along with managing in-going and outgoing tenancy procedures at a minimum. This role is also responsible for keeping accurate records of all lessor, tenants and potential clients as well as having the ability to work under pressure. Along with completing tenancy inspections and property assessments you will be required to achieve high occupancy within your active property portfolio. You will be required to ensure maintenance tasks are reported, actioned and recorded, bonds and tenant damage cost recovery.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have 3years plus experience working in Residential Property Management with Property Management Registration qualifications. Experience with managing your own work schedule and ensure targets are met. Advanced Computing and system management knowledge is very important. A positive, can do team attitude, being able to work under pressure and have the ability to work with a variety of people from all management levels.
Experience and knowledge in facility management and or property administration is a huge plus and having the ability to take ownership of your role is crucial. Allow your high level of customer service be a part of your daily interaction with your fellow team members, tenants and clients.
This position will suit a well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner, providing service with a smile.
