About This Position
We have a very interesting and lucrative role available in Alice Springs - YES ... Uluru (previously known as Ayers Rock) is only a few hours drive away, so if you are a coastal/beach person - this may not be for you.
We are seeking an Operations Manager/General Manager to manage the day to operations of this successful real estate agency. Applicants must demonstrate a strong background in real estate, preferable managing a team (at least 5-7 years) and have a current Real Estate Sales License. Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of Property Management as well as Sales skills. We are looking for someone who is able to undertake Business Development for the Property Management Division and also undertake some sales yourself as well as manage, mentor and train staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to step up to the next level of their career.
The position will offer a relocation package, a generous base salary plus superannuation, a car allowance, rental assistance, overrider bonuses on both the sales and property management departments and a yearly retention bonus. The OTE is expected to be around $150k - $160k depending on experience.
