About This Position

As a result of the motivated growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Clients team in Strata Management.

Your key areas of responsibility will include, although not limited to the following tasks:

  • Assisting in the Preparation of Agendas and Minutes
  • Assisting in Preparation of budgets
  • Reviewing / coding invoices
  • Ad-hoc Administration Duties
  • Assisting the Strata Managers in the day to day running of the Strata Management portfolios
  • Liaising with Owners, Tradesman, Contractors and Tenants

 

The successful candidate must have a minimum 4-5 years experience in administration and ideally in strata management or real estate.  You will demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (important), Word and Excel. The successful candidate must also have the ability to problem solve and work in a team environment.

Our Client is offering to the right candidate salary between $55K - $60K + Super, depending on experience. A parking bay will be provided once the 3 month probationary period has passed. Two additional weeks annual leave is provided (in addition to the 4 week standard per year.)

Working Hours: 08:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. (May need to be a little bit flexible with this and put in the ‘extra mile’ if required)
