About This Position

Our Client is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant/Trainee Strata Manager on a part time basis.

Our Client operates a commercial real estate agency and Strata Management out of the same office.

Their offices are located in East Wanneroo – next to Banksia Grove on 7 acres of land.  The office is a separate building with all amenities (e.g. toilet, kitchen, parking) away from the main house.

Our Client currently manages a portfolio of 14 schemes with 196 lots, commercial, industrial and residential properties. 

A unique opportunity to work part time.  This role is 3 to 4 days per week.  You will have some experience in strata or property management and a strong working knowledge of Rest (ideally the commercial side of Trust Accounting) or a strong understanding of StrataMaster.  Our client will offer training on either package, however it is ESSENTIAL that you are experienced in one of the packages.
