About This Position
Are you wanting to join a fantastic service oriented property management team – a True Service Orientated Team? Our client refuses to take on managements that are sub-standard.
Their Tenants and Landlords are their No. 1 passion and they are wanting another like minded Professional Property Manager to join their team.
Located just north of the CBD in a fantastic “boutique strip” – you will manage approximately 80 to 90 properties. Available at your disposable is a fully maintained company car (to take home) including fuel card and fully maintained and dedicated mobile phone.
Our client office fantastic support including:
- Part Time Routine Inspections Officer
- Part Time Business Development Manager
- Full Time Trust Accountant/Administration Manager
- Excellent Support from the Owners of the business.
You will also demonstrate exceptional presentation and above average communication skills – both written and verbal. PropertyMe experience would be highly desirable.
You will be mentoring a newly arrival to the PM Department as well as working with another Senior Property Manager who has been with the company for 7 years.
The total portfolio is around 250 properties and located around Mt Lawley, Dianella, Bayswater and Morley.
You will be required to do your own PCR’s and Final Inspections.
Negotiable Salary + super + car + mobile + bonus
