About This Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager to assist this well established and long-standing boutique Real Estate agency in the Western Suburbs.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the reception and frontend duties. You will be assisting the two Senior Property Managers (total portfolio of 270 properties) with inside work only, such as typing PCR’s, organising work orders and trades. Computer literate, you will also be responsible for website updates, photos, and brochures. The majority of work is the administration support to the Property Managers.  Parking is provided.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a Real Estate Agency environment (minimum of 6 months)
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team.
  • Rest experience would be highly regarded, however not essential.
  • A current Property Managers License would be highly regarded, however, not essential.

A salary circa of $50k -$55k + super, depending on your experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
