About This Position
Our Client, that is located in the heart of Claremont, is seeking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant to join this growing team of professionals.
This is a newly created role as our Client’ s business is growing at a rapid rate.
It is essential that you have previous CONVEYANCING/SETTLEMENT EXPERIENCE as this is a busy role and only limited training will be provided on PEXAS and SettsPlus. You may also come from a real estate agency as a Sales Co-Ordinator or Contract Administrator.
Your duties will include assisting the General Manager in administration duties and assisting the Strata Managers when required and any ad-hoc duties that may be requested from time to time.
This is a perfect opportunity for a Settlement Conveyancer to “take a step back” from the pressures of Settlements or someone who has worked in a legal company and assisted in the administration side of Settlements.
A high degree of computer literacy is essential and to be well presented and well spoken. The office is open plan and, in this day and age, phones barely ring as all correspondence is via email.
The role will offer a salary of $55k to $60k+ super depending on your experience.
