About This Position

Our Client is seeking a full time Conveyancer or someone who is on their way up the ladder and may be in the role of an Assistant Settlement Administrator.  Our Client is located in the western suburbs. 

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following experience and attributes:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancer or Assistant Settlement Administrator or Trainee Settlement Conveyancer.
  • Ability to efficiently administer around 20 files per month from commencement to completion.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with PEXA.
  • Understanding of current legislation and procedures.
  • Fantastic people skills.

Our Client offers free parking.  Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The salary on offer is $65k to $85k plus super depending on your experience.
