About This Position
Our Client, who is a well-established and branded commercial property agency located in South Perth are looking for an experienced switched on Property Administrator, or maybe you are a Commercial Property Manager and want to step down from the pressure of managing a portfolio?
We are looking for some who has experience in marketing for the leasing and sales of new commercial/retail/industrial properties and all the general administration duties associated with a Commercial Property Agency.
There is the opportunity to work directly with one of the Directors as their Personal Assistant. This Director manages the sales and leasing side of the business.
You must be proactive, think laterally and importantly confident without being cockie. Well presented, excellent communication skills and understand the workings of a Commercial Property Agency.
The salary on offer is up to $75k + super for the right Candidate. It is imperative that you have had a background in real estate, preferably in commercial property, however candidates with a residential background in Administration are very encouraged to apply. Parking is available.
