About This Position
Our Clients are located in the CBD and are a well established Commercial Boutique Property Agency. They are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Property Management Administrator. Preference will be given to candidates who have a background in the property industry with at least 2 years previous experience.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch.
Duties will include:
- Answering phone calls.
- Opening/distributing mail.
- Filing for accounts department and administration.
- Scanning documents.
Property Management Administration
- Provide administration support for 2 Property Managers.
- Entering work orders.
- Coding of invoices.
- Letters to tenants.
- Entering invoices.
- Screening calls.
- Administration support to Directors.
Salary ranges between $55,000 - $60,000 plus Super based on experience.
